DIY Motivation Wall/ Board

Need some motivation getting into a regular fitness routine? Here is a quick and easy way to keep you going and track your progress!
All you need is...
-white board and chalk board
-chalk or expo markers in bright colors
That's it!

Now what do you put on it?
-Well first put a title on the top of your board in a bright color. You can title it as "Motivation Board" or "Motivation Wall"
-Next, at your fave motivational quotes or sayings
-Now, you can add tips like "Drink more water" or draw a bikini with a caption to keep you motivated "Don't be lazy" "Keep going" "Just Do It"
-If you want you can keep track of miles run or pounds lost but that is not necessary.
-Pinterest is a great place to find monthly workouts so you can add a calendar with your daily routine.
-Now, doodle! Add any cute touches or designs! Add details to any words or quotes.
