Get In Shape For Spring Break

Do you want to get back in shape so you can rock your bikinis on spring break? I know I sure do. I want to share some tips, tricks, and workout ideas that will make working out and staying health fun!In NO way am I telling you guys you need to workout and I do not want this to seem like you guys need to change. I personally just want to get back in shape in a HEALTHY way by exercising the right amount and eating right but not starving myself.
One song workouts are a great way to get a good strong work out in that only takes 3-5 minutes.
"I Love It" by Icona Pop:
Jumping Jacks x20
Butt Kickers x20
Tricep Dips x10
Vertical Leg Crunches x15
Jump Squats x5
Russian Twists x30
Jack Knife Sit-ups x10
Lunges x10
Jumping Jacks x30

"Can't Hold Us" by Macklemore:
Jumping Jacks x30
Russian Twists x50
Squats x10
Crunches x20
Jump Squats x5
Second Superman x15
Jumping Jacks x30
Burpees x5

Here are some Healthy and Portable Snacks:
- Mixed Nuts or Trail Mix: This is a great source of protein and throw in some dried fruit to adda little sweetness.
-Nut Butter Boat: Cute idea and all you need is celery, almond or peanut butter, and almonds or raisons.  Grab a piece of celery and fill it with 1 tablespoon of almond or peanut butter. Add a few whole almonds or raisons on top and voila!
-Chunky Monkey Shake: So simple and all you need is 1 medium banana, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 cup of low-fat chocolate milk, and 1 cup of ice. Throw it all in a blender and yummm a delicious protein-packed shake!
-Low-fat chocolate milk is actually a great source of protein especially post-workout.
