He y'all here is a great after school smoothie! It is so easy so let's go!
All you need is…
• 1 large banana
• 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
• 1 heaping tbsp of peanut butter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup yogurt normal or Greek
• 1 cup I've cubes
Now all you do is throw it in the the blender and mix it up! Pour into a cup, mason jar, tumbler, or anything you want! Take it on the go or eat it at home. It is a great snack and I hope you like it! Happy sipping! xoxo
